CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS I REQUIRED A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO ALLOW ME TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE ON THE CANCELLATION LIST. MISSED APPOINTMENTS IF A CLIENT FAILS TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT AND/OR NO-SHOWS, THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 100% OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED. EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON A CASE BY CASE BASES. CLIENTS WILL BE GIVEN 1 GRACE APPOINTMENT A YEAR FOR LAST-MINUTE SCHEDULING CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, OR NO-SHOWS. LATE ARRIVALS PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 OR MORE MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT IS CONSIDERED A "NO-SHOW" AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT.
